“I’m getting back to being myself. I’m not the fighter I was. I can’t do it, because I’m not very serious and everything I did was silly. And to see that, to see that I still have my sense of humor, I will stay more serious in the same way.

“I won’t try to be one of the guys anymore. I used to try hard, but now I want to learn my lesson, and I want to be the same guy I used to be before this. I want to be a good citizen, and I want to come back soon.

“I like fighting now. I like the pressure. After six fights, after three victories now, I need to be more serious than ever before. I want to be with my family and take care of my mother, because everything was good until now. I need to relax a bit, and that’s why I’m looking for a new challenge.”

Andrei Arlovski, UFC light heavyweight champion

“Right now, I feel good because of the win, but it’s still early. As long as I’m still getting used to being a world champion, I’m fine.”

Aurora was crowned the world’s best female fighter on the night, where she will be competing in the UFC for the second time. The Polish fighter then won the UFC women’s bantamweight title when she won an immediate rematch with Amanda Nunes, an undefeated opponent who has won five straight.

Aurora was recently selected to the inaugural 145-pound UFC/WEC dual event. She was also ranked #8 on the latest pound-for-pound list.

“After the title fight with Amanda Nunes, that was a dream come true,” says Aurora. “I was thinking after the first fight that I would fight for UFC again. I am so excited to tell my new parents, to my family. I want to give them a dream fight. It’s amazing how everything turned out, all the dreams.”
